From Lagos, Nigeria, to Surrey, British Columbia, Tayo’s path to becoming a dentist in Canada hasn’t been easy. After leaving a six-year dental career behind, he faced unexpected challenges like language barriers and credentialing hurdles.
With family support and determination, he’s now on the verge of graduating again to practice dentistry here. Tayo’s story is one of resilience, community, and hope for newcomers ready to take the leap and build their dreams in Canada.
