Speed Mentoring Marathon – The fast track to mentorship
This ACCES Employment event takes a new twist on the traditional style of mentoring. Speed mentoring is a fast-paced approach to learning from other professionals – where new immigrant participants chat for a set amount of time with people with more Canadian experience in their own career field. The result of this is an event with tons of networking opportunities and even more knowledge to be gleaned. We gathered the thoughts of participants and mentors from the 2017 Speed Mentoring Marathon.
