Ritika is an Indian-Canadian entrepreneur and co-founder of the technology company Botler AI. Having faced a months-long workplace harassment ordeal that resulted in her resigning from her position for her safety, she channelled her frustration and pain into making it easier for others to understand and navigate the law.
Botler AI empowers people to stand up against traumatic harassment, violence and misconduct and pursue their legal rights through a secure and personalized first response and action guidance system.
Ritika’s journey is one of grit and compassion.
