Integration of Francophone children
Many Francophone immigrants have chosen to live, not in Quebec, but in predominantly English speaking provinces of Canada. Their children did not have any problems integrating into the new community and into their schools. The Francophone children are being taught in French and so, they were able to transition with ease, parents say. In fact, because they were conversant with French, these children are able to help other children with their French and feel that they are making a difference.
