Communicating in an assertive, yet collaborative way
The fully online and in-class Workplace Communication in Canada program offered by The Chang School of Continuing Education at Ryerson University focuses on helping immigrants conquer the little gaps in communications skills that they face in Canada . It is designed to help newcomers acquire public speaking skills and prepares them to communicate in an assertive, yet collaborative fashion. Offered every year, its objective is to help immigrants build soft skills and make them aware of the norms of effective communication. Immigrants who are yet to land in Canada can take advantage of the online module of this program. Eligible students get full reimbursement of fees.
