The Active Engagement and Integration Project (AEIP) — funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) — offers settlement and employment services for eligible clients and Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) candidates starting their new life in Canada.
Free pre-arrival service is offered to those approved to immigrate to Canada.
A program by S.U.C.C.E.S.S. (British Columbia), AEIP supports clients worldwide with online settlement and employment assistance, including pre-departure orientation, virtual workshops, employment counselling, guidance on foreign credential recognition (FCR), and connections to local organizations in Canada after arrival.
Services are personalized with one-on-one support, tailored assessments, and action plans to ensure a smooth transition before coming to Canada.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions, seek clarification, and evaluate how the AEIP program aligns with their specific needs and expectations as they embark on their journey to settle in Canada.
